The legal landscape surrounding hemp and cannabis is complex and constantly evolving. This policy outlines our compliance standards, shipping restrictions, and customer responsibilities.

Federal Compliance

All products sold are derived from 100% legal industrial hemp and are compliant with the 2018 Agricultural Improvement Act (the "Farm Bill"). We guarantee that all our products contain a Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of 0.3% or less on a dry-weight basis. Every product we sell is backed by third-party lab testing, with Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available [link to COA page/included in packaging].

Note: The federal and state regulatory landscape for hemp is subject to upcoming changes (such as new per-container THC limits taking effect in late 2026). We continuously update our inventory and shipping practices to remain fully compliant with current laws.

State Shipping Restrictions

Because state laws regarding hemp-derived cannabinoids (such as Delta-8, Delta-9, CBD, and THCA) vary significantly and change frequently, we cannot ship all products to all 50 states. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders destined for jurisdictions where our products are prohibited.

1. States We Do Not Ship To Due to strict state-level bans or regulatory conflicts regarding hemp-derived intoxicating cannabinoids, we currently cannot ship any hemp-derived THC products to the following states:

• Alaska

• Colorado

• Delaware

• Hawaii

• Idaho

• Iowa

• Montana

• Nevada
  

• North Dakota

• Oregon

• Rhode Island

• Utah

• Vermont

• Washington

(Note: CBD-only products with non-detectable THC may still be eligible for shipping to some of these states, subject to local laws).

2. State-Specific Product Restrictions Certain states allow the sale of hemp products but restrict specific formats (e.g., banning smokable flower or capping edible potencies). If you live in one of the following states, your cart will be restricted to compliant items only:

• No Smokable Hemp (Flower, Prerolls, Vapes): We cannot ship smokable or inhalable hemp products to California, Hawaii, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, or Utah.

• Edibles & Consumables Only: In states like New Jersey and Minnesota, we are restricted to shipping specific formats, such as low-dose edibles and beverages that comply with strict state packaging and milligrams-per-serving limits. Smokables and high-potency extracts cannot be shipped to these locations.

• CBD Only: In states with heavy restrictions on THC isomers (like Delta-8), we may only ship broad-spectrum or CBD-isolate products.

Age Verification

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products. We utilize an age-verification system at checkout. Falsifying your age to purchase our products is strictly prohibited and is a violation of our Terms of Service. Furthermore, certain shipments may require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
