Return & Exchange Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products, regardless of whether they have been used or remain unopened. Please choose your items, sizes, and colors carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it entirely, please contact us immediately.

Processing Cutoff: We can no longer make changes or cancel your order once the shipping label has been created or the order has shipped.
3. Reporting Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items (48-Hour Rule)
If there is an issue with your delivery, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement. This applies to:

Defective or damaged merchandise/products.

Missing items.

Incorrect items received.
4. 14-Day Warranty on Battery-Operated Items
Any battery-operated item carries an implied, industry-standard 14-Day Warranty against manufacturing defects or failure.

Warranty Period: The 14 days begin on the exact day the product is delivered, not on the day it is first used.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover consumable products or general merchandise. Normal wear and tear, including scratches and discoloration, are not covered.

Voided Warranty: The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from use that falls outside of the product's intended design as specified by the manufacturer.
5. Return Shipping for Authorized Replacements
In the event that an item is authorized for a return/replacement due to a defect or error on our end:

Customer Responsibility: The customer assumes all costs for shipping the defective item back to us. We highly recommend using delivery confirmation and tracking. Original shipping costs incurred at checkout are non-refundable.

Our Responsibility: We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired product back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped via standard shipping.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen during delivery once the tracking status shows as "Delivered."
