Shipping & Processing Policy
1. Order Processing Times
Please allow a 24 to 72-hour processing time for all orders, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. While we always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, processing times are separate from transit times.

Operating Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (ET).

Weekends & Holidays: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Daily Cutoff Time: Our daily shipping cutoff is 3:30 PM ET. If you receive a tracking number after this time, your order has been prepared but may not leave our facility until the following business day.
2. Estimated Shipping Transit Times
Transit times do not include our 24-72 hour processing time. Transit times are estimates based on location and are not guaranteed.

Standard Shipping: 3 - 6 Business Days

Free Shipping: 7 - 10 Business Days
Note: Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
3. Free Shipping
All orders of $99.99 or more (calculated before shipping and applicable taxes) automatically qualify for Free Shipping.
4. High-Value Order Requirements
To protect against fraud, the following rules apply to high-value orders:

Orders over $200: Will be shipped with Signature Confirmation. Someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

Orders over $400: Must be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be canceled and refunded without notice.
5. Adult Signature Requirement
To comply with both state and federal regulations, an Adult Signature Fee is applied to all orders containing restricted products, regardless of the shipping method.

An adult (21+) must be present to sign for the package upon delivery.

This requirement is legally mandated and cannot be waived.

The Adult Signature fee and shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. State Regulations & Compliance Restrictions
Due to state and federal regulations, there are certain states and cities where we are legally unable to process or ship specific items.

Restricted Items in Cart: If you reside in a restricted area and place an order containing a prohibited item, we will remove and refund the restricted item while processing the rest of your order normally. Alternatively, the entire order may be canceled and refunded without prior notice.
7. Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you as soon as our team prints your shipping label.

Scan Times: Receiving a tracking number means your package is packed and ready, but it does not mean the courier has picked it up yet.

Update Delays: Tracking statuses may take 24-48 hours to update after the label is created. Please do not be alarmed if the tracking does not update immediately; updates often do not occur until the package reaches a major sorting facility.
8. Late Shipments & Delays
We do not guarantee transit times. If your order takes longer than the estimated delivery window, it is usually due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances like severe weather.

9. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order.

Errors in your shipping address will cause severe transit delays or result in the package being returned to us.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will not reship the order until it has been returned to our facility and the customer has paid the new shipping cost to reship it.
